BioThis has evolved into a weight loss blog and most entries will be about The Scott Project and my progress towards losing a total of 240 pounds. I also write about other things that interest or annoy me, mostly annoy.
I work at an ad agency in Seattle, WA and, for the most part, hate advertising.
I am a big fan of the WNBA Seattle Storm (my wife and I do the site Stormfans.org) and a fan of the Rat City Rollergirls and roller derby.
